What items are returnable?

• Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
• In original condition
• Unwashed and Unworn
• In the original packaging and with original tag(s) on

What items are non-refundable?
• Free gifts or promotional items

Are there any charges for return?
• There is no charges for return
• Original shipping charges is non-refundable

How do I return?

• Send an email to Describe the reason for returning or exchanging in the email
• You will get a confirmation email when we approved your return request with a RMA#. Write down the number on the delivery notes you received with the item(s).
• Pack the delivery notes inside the returning package.
• You will receive another email from DHL with your DHL eReturn Waybill number.
• Go to and select your home country from right-hand side DHL worldwide location list. Once you've been redirected to your home country page, click Book a Courier Collection on the right-hand side of the page.
• Select eReturn shipment option from the drop down list, enter your eReturn Waybill number and start to range a pick up with DHL
• Print all the documents and labels within DHL's email, attach them on to the package and hand over to the courier when they arrived.
• You also can drop the package by yourself to the service point. To check the nearest DHL service point, click Find DHL Service Location Point, which is just below the Book a Courier Collection.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
